Yes. Accepting these Terms and Conditions is a required step during account registration. Without acceptance, account creation cannot be completed. You can download a copy of the current version from your account settings at any time.

We notify you via your account dashboard at least seven days before a new version takes effect. If you continue using your account after that date, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may request account closure before the effective date.

Yes. Under Clause 12, we may suspend or close an account if there is evidence of fraud, breach of conduct rules, or where required by law. We will inform you of the reason and the steps to appeal where legally permitted to do so.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions, including those made via UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and Google Pay, are subject to the payment clauses in these Terms and Conditions. By initiating a deposit, you confirm the funds are from a source you own and are permitted to use under Indian law.
